Coordinate and ensure that the inspection of machinery, equipment, and assets of the Management Board is always working well and effectively.
- Supervising contractors during the installation and maintenance of building equipment.
- Daily check and monitor equipment to ensure all technical systems including electromechanical systems operate efficiently and save energy.
- Periodically monitor and check the operational status of the building's technical system, ensuring that the building is always in good working condition.
- Perform technical tasks as assigned and directed by the Head of the Building Management Department.
Job requirements:
- No experience required
- Qualification: Intermediate or higher in major (Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Electrical, Refrigeration, ...); Automation, water supply and drainage, Heat, Mechanical…;
- Good health, hard work, enthusiasm in work.
