- Receive dispatch and assignment orders from the Delivery and Installation Coordinator
- Deliver the goods sold to the customer at the location requested by the customer or transport
- Distributing goods to relevant departments in the Center to ensure compliance with the process
- Responsible for receiving goods from the warehouse, checking products, accessories, and accompanying gifts
- Ensure correct and sufficient information on the invoice before delivery to the customer.
- Carry out the arrangement and installation of goods at the right location and location
- Technical advice, product use guide for customers
- Collection and payment of payment from customers (for the case of payment after delivery)
- Preserve, clean, monitor and maintain supplies and equipment
- Proposing measures to improve personal work efficiency and operational efficiency of the Delivery and Installation department
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Delivery Coordinator.
