SEADENT Joint Stock Company specializes in the business of Dental Materials & Equipment. Currently, SEADENT is in need of recruiting Warehouse staff in Hanoi branch to be in charge of the following jobs:
1. Monitor and process all data related to sales of Sales staff, periodically reporting to the Board of Directors as required.
2. Calculating commission/bonus based on sales for Sales staff
3. Customer data management, Sales contract of Sales staff
4. Guidance & training support for Sales staff (about integration process for new Sales staff, system handling for existing Sales staff)
5. Support Customer Care (gifts) and handle issues related to Sales staff's orders.
6. Summary of Promotions
7. Making Bid Documents
8. And other jobs under the direction of the Board of Directors.
EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
2. Good excel processing skills (thinking, and able to handle intermediate and advanced functions) - there will be a test during the interview.
3. Good word processing skills (word, power point)
4. Careful, diligent.
5. Priority is given to candidates who have had access to CRM system, Sales Force application...
