. Carry out import and export procedures
- Check documents required for import/export of goods according to the Company's regulations and contract regulations.
- Check and count goods upon receipt. Coordinate with relevant units to accept goods upon entry into the warehouse.
- Organize the distribution of materials according to procedures and regulations, check goods before delivering to recipients.
- Update import and export data and warehouse cards, other documents and records according to regulations.
2. Arrange goods in the warehouse
- Hang, stick product name tags, classify and arrange products in the warehouse according to the warehouse diagram
- Update warehouse diagram when goods arise
- Periodic warehouse cleaning
3. Material recovery and liquidation
- Collect used materials and arrange them in the right place.
- Synthesize data on damaged, degraded, and long-standing goods in the warehouse to present a treatment plan.
4. Inventory
- Conduct periodic or ad hoc inventory of goods
- Report the cause and propose solutions for inventory discrepancies
- Make statistics of materials used for the project, count remaining materials when finalizing the project.
5. Comply with Fire Prevention and Safety regulations in warehouse
- Absolutely ensure fire prevention and fighting regulations in the warehouse
- Check the storage areas daily to ensure they are safe and avoid falling.
- Periodically check the operating status of fire protection equipment
