JOB DUTIES Manage assigned post office operations: + Receive, advise and support customers coming to the post office to send goods
+ Manage import and export of goods and coordinate goods from Shop to warehouse and to customers
+ Responsible for controlling, classifying and channeling goods according to the system
+ Receive projects and information from Management and deploy to delivery staff.
+ Support in handling problems and incidents arising from product errors and delivery problems.
- Postal personnel and discipline management:
+ Divide work, arrange work schedules for delivery staff, and close shifts for staff
+ Coordinate with the Human Resources Administration department to take care of employees' lives and ensure compliance with regulations at the post office.
- Provide assessments, recommendations, and initiatives to improve and optimize processes and technology to ensure the quality of post office operations.
- Other tasks assigned by Operations Manager.
Working hours: 07:30 – 17:30, 6 days/week + overtime or rotating shifts depending on operating situation and product output
