Job Description

Job details

Candidates will have the first 5 days to be trained in consulting skills, closing sales, negotiating and knowledge related to rental real estate.
Thoroughly trained in knowledge related to types of business premises, housing, and offices for rent in Vinh City
Search customer data, product data;
Guide and support customers to view rental properties, support procedures, documents, and sign contracts with customers;
Advise customers on choosing rental products that suit their needs;
Assist customers in negotiating contract terms and signing lease contracts with landlords.
Perform other related tasks as requested by Management.
Priority is given to new graduates looking for development opportunities.
Hardworking, eager to learn,
Age from 20 - 28 years old.
