- Receive import and export documents from agents and customers and check product information and necessary import and export licenses (if any).
- Customs declaration via ECUS / Vnaccs software for all types of goods (business, investment, processing and export processing zones). On-site processing of customs declarations
- Collect and rearrange documents for customs clearance and inspection and testing.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve and explain issues to customs authorities when problems arise with the declaration.
- Advise customers on customs procedures if any
- Consulting on file codes, researching new product circulars and decrees when requested by customers or superiors
