1. Develop an individual's annual/quarterly/monthly business development plan in association with the general plan and goals of the Branch/Transaction Office and the Bank;
2. Implement the approved business development plan for products and services for science and technology to fulfill the assigned targets;
3. Implement marketing programs, implement regulations/guidelines on service quality, brand image, general regulations of the Bank and the law;
4. Develop ATM/POS network and coordinate with individuals under General Administration Department and Treasury Department to perform a number of other tasks related to ATM/POS;
5. Credit appraisal and submission of documents/proposals to competent authorities for approval;
6. To periodically check the financial situation and business activities of customers, to ensure that the overdue debt ratio is maintained within the allowable limit;
7. Inspect the loan's use purposes, check collateral and the progress of the approved credit conditions, ensuring compliance with DongA Bank's regulations;
8. Make sure that you fully meet the required standards/competencies and constantly train and improve your performance to complete the assigned tasks well;
9. Coordinating with Head Office departments to promote business development with the best service quality, while managing/preventing/handling arising risks and taking responsibility for debt recovery/handling assigned management term;
10. Make reports related to sales and service activities in the science and technology segment. Maintain records and documents according to regulations;
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by superior leaders.
