    Job Description

    • Enter purchase invoices and related documents
    • Issue VAT sales invoices when needed
    • Create receipts, cash payment vouchers, transfers
    • Record, calculate, reflect existing revenue and expenditure data and prepare related documents.
    • Accounting for income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets
    • Monitor and manage customer payment status, prepare debt reports
    • Prepare VAT and personal income tax declarations
    • Timely update information and new policies on tax laws related to the company's production and business activities.
    • Track daily income and expenditure, receive documents, declare taxes, keep books, prepare financial reports
    • Carry out social insurance payment procedures for employees
    • Provide data to the board of directors or functional units upon request.
    • Carry out other requirements as prescribed by superiors (not beyond the scope of expertise)
