- In charge of accounting, accounting system, reporting according to the Company's regulations. - Check arising business transactions, balance between general and detailed accounting data. - Accounting for revenue, expenses, value added tax, debts, depreciation, fixed assets... and tax declaration and settlement. - Monitor and control debts, assets, and expenses of the entire company. - Work and explain data to authorities/Board of Directors when requested. - Control receipts, payment vouchers according to the correct procedures, on the basis of legality and regulations. - Directly in charge of and participate in processing documents working with the Bank on loans, capital mobilization, - Synthesize data and prepare Financial Reports, tax settlement according to the fiscal year - Weekly check, compare, urge receivables, payables and debt reports. - Control the cash flow system of receipts and payments and report funds, revenue from specified business channels - Establish, maintain and store all accounting records, documents and vouchers scientifically according to the prescribed time. - Other tasks as required by the company. Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in accounting, auditing, finance. - Have at least 2 years of experience as a General Accountant, priority in the field of garment and fashion. - Have professional accounting skills, ability to synthesize, master the accounting regime. - Self-organize, arrange and build plans to perform assigned tasks - Know how to synthesize and analyze reports. Perform tasks accurately and in accordance with regulations. - Proficient in using office software Word, Excel and accounting software. - Honesty and high ethics in work, able to withstand pressure well.
