Job Description

1. Accounting for goods, revenue and cost of goods:

Record, check and control daily accounting transactions and documents arising for the company's sales and purchasing activities.
Control sales and purchase documents, ensure correctness, validity and timeliness, support optimization of goods accounting process.
Calculate product cost, check cost of goods sold and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly business results.

2. General accounting:

Close accounting accounts, prepare debt reconciliation reports, ensure accuracy of financial data by month, quarter and year.
Track and record accrued expenses, payables, loans, and prepare summary entries on accounting software.
Monitor and compare loan contracts, calculate and allocate interest incurred.
Prepare periodic accounting and audit reports; analyze and explain accounting data when required.
Coordinate with auditors and other departments to complete annual financial reports.
Store original documents and vouchers in accordance with company procedures and regulations.

3. Tax accounting:

Update and apply current documents, circulars and regulations related to VAT, PIT and CIT.
Perform periodic tax declarations and complete and timely fiscal year tax settlements; check data, reports and work directly with tax authorities when necessary.

4. Accounting for fixed assets (FA) and tools and equipment (T&E):

Manage and account for increases and decreases in fixed assets and tools.
Check depreciation spreadsheets, asset allocations and make entries on accounting software.
Monitor and report on mortgaged assets at the bank upon request.

5. Other jobs:

Compare payroll and social insurance with related departments and account according to regulations.
Perform other tasks as required by the Chief Accountant and support the accounting department in achieving the company's overall goals.

REQUEST:

Gender: Female
Education: University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
Work experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the position of General Accountant.
Knowledge and skills:

Basic English communication.
Understand accounting and tax laws and current accounting standards.
Proficient in accounting software, priority given to candidates with experience using MISA AMIS.
Proficiency in Excel, knowing how to use Pivot Table is an advantage; other office software.
Skills in analysis, synthesis, financial reporting, time management and working under pressure.

PROPOSED SALARY AND INCOME:

Salary is negotiable; customized according to the candidate's ability to meet job requirements based on the Company's regulations on job title and position.
Other benefits, bonuses according to regulations and performance results to complete the planned goals of the department and the Company.
Probationary salary depends on the % exchange depending on the ability and agreement with the suitable candidate.
