    Job Description

    1. Accounting Professional Work
      • Update documents and invoices into accounting software.
      • Control the reasonableness and validity of accounting documents.
      • Control debt and revenue with suppliers.
      • Analyze and control costs for effective business processes.
    2. Reporting Work
      • Prepare detailed reports on short-term and long-term fixed assets and CCDC by month, quarter and year.
      • Prepare book entries, adjusting entries, allocations, depreciation and expenses for each department.
      • Synthesize input and output lists from operational accounting to prepare monthly VAT declarations to submit to the Tax Department.
      • Check reports on monthly financial invoice usage; Check revenue reports.
      • Review all arising accounting transactions before posting the balance sheet.
      • Carry out tax payment procedures with tax authorities.
      • Control reports of VAT, corporate income tax, and personal income tax payable monthly, quarterly, and annually.
      • Participate in tax finalization with tax authorities;
      • Check and report daily cash fund for timely handling with Direct Manager.
