JOB DETAILS
- Record books, account for tax and internal accounting documents for daily activities of the Company and its affiliated units.
- Responsible for tax declaration, tax payment and tax reporting for the company on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Monitor VAT, CIT, PIT, ensure compliance with legal regulations and update the latest tax policies.
- Check and control the validity and legality of accounting documents according to regulations.
- Keep accounting documents carefully, completely, scientifically and safely.
- Statistics and reports on actual business situation of the Company and member units.
- Monitor receivables and payables and urge debt collection from the Sales Department. Periodically reconcile debt with purchasing accounting.
- Manage and store documents related to taxes, internal costs, and payment records of the company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
