ROLE
- Understand the payment process and the operations with the cash register.
- Ensure accurate and fast patient payment process.
MISSION
- Performing cashiering activities: collecting medical examination and treatment fees, hospital fees, and subclinical orders of doctors.
- Understand the payment process and medical services of the Hospital, preferential promotions for patients to be ready to advise and explain to customers about the price of medical examination and treatment services (KCB) of the hospital.
- Know how to distinguish real money, fake money: To avoid cases where you have to spend money out of your own pocket to compensate for the risk of receiving fake money.
- Ensure accurate and fast patient payment process.
- Make daily monitoring book of the cashier department. Summarize data to make report on revenue/collection/cancellation of exemption/reduction… daily/weekly/monthly at the request of the Head of Financial Accounting Department.
- Coordinating with Clinics, Hospitals, Accounting Departments, glass counters, pharmacy departments to properly collect receivables from patients and compare data reported on a daily/monthly basis.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the cashier counter area, keep cashier machines in good working order.
- Responsible for checking and maintaining cashier's machines and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
REQUEST
