Manage revenues:
- Perform money collection operations: from shareholders, debt collection, receive money from cashiers daily.
- Track cash and card payments from customers and stores.
- Monitor debts of shareholders, customers, employees and urge debt collection.
- Track bank deposits.
- Manage and verify the legality of revenue and expenditure documents.
- Control cashier operations.
Manage expenses:
- Plan to pay debts to suppliers periodically.
- Directly perform payment operations via bank for suppliers and partners such as: Contacting to reconcile debts, receiving invoices, reviewing payment requests, creating payment vouchers...
- Carry out internal payment transactions such as salary, bonus, allowance, advance payment...
- Closing month-end books and bank documents according to transaction history.
Other jobs:
- Monitor and report on revenue and expenditure management.
- Prepare reports, print relevant documents and books to submit to superiors periodically or suddenly as required.
- Report debt situation with customers and suppliers to the management.
- Explain data upon request.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
