    Job Description

    • Synthesize financial information, manage revenue and expenditure, and report revenue and debt to the Board of Directors. Collaborate with specialized departments to collect debt promptly and accurately.
    • Drafting documents and contracts on the company's services and products
    • Issue VAT invoices, declare and pay insurance for company employees
    • Collect, store and preserve contracts, quotes, orders, input invoices, accounting documents as well as secure accounting data.
    • Monitor and track the Company's purchased goods, raw materials and exported goods.
    • Know how to declare and calculate taxes monthly/quarterly/yearly
    • Prepare documents and go to the bank
    • Participate in the company's recruitment, payroll and benefits
    • Participate in coordinating work with the company's sales and production departments in receiving, exporting goods and related documents.
    • Perform and complete tasks assigned by superiors effectively and on time
    • Details will be discussed in the interview.
