    Job Description

    1.Daily work:

    • Collect, process and store figures and data on arising accounting documents
    • Prepare receipts and payments, delivery notes, sales invoices, etc. at the time transactions arise, avoiding delays that cause errors in the process of matching funds and inventorying inventory every day. Require daily reporting of cash funds, bank deposits and inventory.
    • Responsible for managing goods in the assigned area: Importing, exporting, and ensuring inventory levels according to regulations.
    • Report revenue/expenditure, summarize daily revenue.
    • Check the validity of documents and invoices before putting them in accounting books
    • Issue value added tax invoice (if any)
    • Clean/arrange goods in the management area.

    2. Weekly work

    • Monitor/remind/report debt weekly and request payment to agents (if any).
    • Business sales report.

    3. Other jobs

    • Coordinate shipping and packaging support for orders delivered from the store.
    • Carry out payment documents for imported goods.

    Candidate requirements

    • ­ Professional qualifications: Graduated from secondary school in the following majors: Accounting, Auditing, finance - banking, economic sector.
    • Experience from 1 year in the position applied for.
    • Candidates should be proficient in using software: Misa, Kiotviet
    • Have accounting skills.
    • Related skills/qualities: Honest, careful, progressive.

    Right

    • Salary: 8,500,000 VND + sales commission (If any).
    • Probation: 85% maximum 2 months
    • Equipment support for work: Computer, phone, SIM card,...
    • Annual teambuilding every year.
    • Other benefits/benefits: participate in social insurance after the probationary period specified at the Company, minimum salary review once a year, Holiday/Tet bonuses according to regulations.
