Job Description

URGENT RECRUITMENT
THANH HIEP BHLDS COMPANY LIMITED NEEDS RECRUITING INTERNAL ACCOUNTING STAFF
JOB:
1. INTERNAL ACCOUNTING
+Perform payment authorization and banking transactions
+ Monitor cash receipts and expenditures
+ Office management, correspondence management, purchasing VPP...
+ Manage and arrange company documents scientifically
+Receive requests to confirm debts with customers and suppliers
+ Confirm sales invoices and payment documents.
+ Check and compare debt with customers and suppliers
+ Monitor customer payment status
+ Monitor import and export of goods
+ Check inventory
+ Track import orders
+ Support the accounting department when problems arise
+ Perform other arising operations when assigned
Request:
No experience required. Having experience in internal accounting and debt accounting is an advantage
REGIME:
Salary: 8 million/month (Salary includes social insurance)
The company pays all insurance costs for employees
Closed on public holidays according to the State calendar
Working from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:30 and the first Sunday of each month to check inventory
Every year, there are bonuses for holidays and New Year
