    Job Description

    • Making receipts - payments and actual receipts and expenditures; make a book to monitor and manage cash flow and money management
    • Prepare export and import documents; keep a book to monitor and manage the flow of warehouse goods, report on import and export of inventory
    • Open a bank account
    • Open an accounting account for the business at the bank that issues a payment order, withdraws checks, and deposits money into the account
    • Monitor cash flow through the bank at the end of the month through bookkeeping documents
    • Manage business money at the bank
    • Make request for advance, refund, payment
    • Open a book to monitor payment advances based on documents, compare debts
    • Calculating salary, calculating bonus, monitoring social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees
    • Enter sales and purchase data into accounting software
    • Monitor customer discount calculation, summarize sales revenue compared with warehouse on quantity of goods exported - in stock at the end of the day
    • Monitoring the payment situation of customers, setting up debts, making debt collection plans; debt relief
    • Classify and analyze documents, update information daily, prepare relevant reports, analyze data and propose ideas to the chief accountant or financial management of the enterprise.
