    Job Description

    1. ACCOUNTING WORKS:

    • Implement revenue - expenditure, monitor accounts receivable, payable...
    • Responsible for making payroll, calculating Insurance for employees.
    • Gather invoices and documents to send to the Head Office.
    • Making statistics, synthesizing and explaining accounting data at the request of superiors;
    • Prepare financial statements as assigned and instructed by superiors Store accounting data, manage the system of documents and books as prescribed.
    • Periodic inventory counts at stores and warehouses.

    2. ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS:

    • Drafting and receiving and processing incoming and outgoing documents; store official documents, papers, documents, records, contracts according to the Company's process.
    • Asset management, VPP shopping, company supplies, necessities, tracking and making payment requests.
    • Timekeeping for employees at the office. Other Administrative tasks when required.
