- Management of revenue and expenditure of the Department;

- Manage and check inventory norms (food materials, beverages, specialized equipment...);
- Management and inspection of fixed assets depreciation expenses of all kinds;
- Settlement of salary, bonus, maternity...;
- Negotiate with suppliers to purchase raw materials..., manage contracts for purchase and sale of raw materials;
- Make VAT and PIT declaration monthly/quarterly..;
- Financial statements;
