MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verify the accuracy of documents, reconcile data between departments (Warehouse, Sales, Bank) and between accounting records and actual figures.
Monitor, manage, and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely debt collection.
Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) such as business performance reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management reports as required.
Provide data and explanations when requested by superiors or tax authorities, and participate in explaining accounting-related issues.
Monitor and inspect the purchase, sale, import, and export of assets, tools, and equipment, ensuring efficient and accurate asset management.
REQUEST:
Strong professional knowledge of accounting and taxation, and a thorough understanding of relevant legal regulations.
Proficient in using accounting software (MISA, Fast Accounting, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word).
Careful, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible in their work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Ages 23-40, with at least one year of experience.
