Job description
- Checking invoices, receiving and checking accounting vouchers
- Receive quotation of goods from suppliers of food, drinking water, raw materials, ... Track and order according to the quantity ordered from the supplier, receive goods according to the number of orders ordered each day.
- Inventory management: Daily review the quantity of exported goods compared to the prescribed inventory norm. Periodically check the amount of food, raw materials imported and exported on paper and compare with the actual quantity of goods in stock.
- Import and export control
- Make periodic reports on cost, inventory, and use of medicinal bran
- Provide data for tax, audit as required
- On a monthly basis, coordinate with relevant departments to organize physical inventory of assets, machines, equipment, tools, ... according to regulations.
- Store relevant documents in accordance with regulations
- Perform other tasks as required by the Direct Manager

Detailed Experience/Skills
- Male/Female from 23-35 years old
- At least 1-2 years of accounting experience in Restaurant, Hotel.
- Understand accounting procedures, documents, accounting laws
- Know how to use accounting software
- Honesty and careful in work
- Graduated from university or college majoring in accounting - finance
