    Job Description

    1.NPL warehouse accounting:

    • Import - export of NPL warehouse
    • Update, track, and account for import-export-inventory on the software system

    2. Implement product cost control and calculation:

    • Control, summarize, and monitor processing costs; debts to processors, and other outsourced debts, if any.
    • Update, track and control cost prices: sample products and mass products

    3. Inventory:

    • Physical inventory of existing stores, inventory of internal warehouses managed
    • Compare the store's excess/shortage of products with the system report. Push the final quantity after inventory to the system.

    4. Report:

    • Monthly import - export - inventory report of the general warehouse
    • Report on debt of the processor
    • Production report
    • Material cost report by purpose of use
    • Sample and live sample cost report
    • Reports generated on request

    5. Additional tasks as directed by the Chief Accountant and BOD
