JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.1. Carry out import and export procedures
- Check required documents for import and export of goods according to regulations.
- Carry out import and export of goods for related departments.
- Receive delivery documents, export requests, save and transfer to purchasing department or accounting as prescribed.
- Record import and export vouchers. Enter export vouchers into the software.
- Tracking import and export goods
- Track daily import and export quantities and compare with minimum inventory levels
1.2. Minimum inventory tracking
- Monitor daily minimum inventory levels.
- Ensure that all goods have minimum inventory levels.
1.3. Perform warehouse ordering procedures
- Periodically create purchase requisitions according to plan.
- Monitor the import process and urge purchases.
- Directly carry out purchasing procedures and track imported goods.
1.4. Arrange goods in the warehouse
- Directly arrange goods in the warehouse for easy retrieval, avoid getting wet, broken... minimize damage.
- Create warehouse diagram and update warehouse diagram when goods arise.
- Arrange goods in the warehouse according to the manufacturer's instructions.
1.5. Ensuring goods in stock
- Check shelves weekly to avoid breakage, termites...
- Comply with all fire safety standards
- Report to superiors when problems arise
REQUEST:
- College degree majoring in: Accounting, Tourism, Economics, Business,....
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to those who have worked in hotels and resorts.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Good use of software for management and control of goods.
- Skills in calculation, goods management, teamwork.
