WORK CONTENT - Import and export warehouse daily
- Gather documents from branches and purchasing departments, prepare import and export orders, and monitor daily import and export goods data.
- Supplier tracking:
- Follow up Listing and supplier contracts: ordering terms, payment, contract term
- Create a contract when it expires or a new supplier arises
- Order according to company instructions
- Monitor and make timely payment requests according to suppliers
- Compare supplier debt
- Closing books at the end of the month, reporting data
- Report debt to suppliers
- Inventory inventory at branches and warehouses
- Report on branch inventory and stock warehouse
- Prepare NCC accounting plan for the upcoming month
- At the end of the month, arrange to close books to store warehouse receipts and warehouse receipts
- Implement and report arising work contents assigned by management level and Director.
REQUEST- Graduated from University College majoring in Accounting
- Requires minimum experience in equivalent position of 1 year (especially having worked in the F&B industry)
- Priority is given to those who know how to use MISA software and have experience in the restaurant industry.
