RECRUITMENT: Warehouse Accountant (1 female)
Job description:
- Implement control and tracking of goods
- Providing construction and construction materials
- Processing orders, purchasing supplies and raw materials from company departments.
(Ensure supplies, equipment and materials are delivered on time)
- Handle problems (if any) during the purchasing process.
- Carry out procedures for receiving import and export requests
- Coordinate loading trucks for delivery.
- Control the quantity of goods entering and leaving the warehouse
- Count the actual quantity of goods every day and at the end of the month.
- Review orders and recommend ordering raw materials and goods, and make requests for supplies.
- Arrange export and import goods according to regulations
- Report export - import - inventory data on software and in reality for general accounting.
- Debt management and coordination of final payment procedures.
- Store records and related documents.
Candidate requirements:
- Graduated from College or University with related major
- Likes stable work, knows how to be neat - has good character
- Know how to use MISA software
- Experience: minimum 1 year
Right:
- Starting salary: 7 - 10 million (negotiable)
- Working office hours Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)
- Leave and rest regime according to regulations
