Job Description

Prepare import and export documents.
Prepare delivery notes for finished products to be delivered to the construction site
Check and compare debts with NCC at the Workshop and account for related costs on Accounting software.
Advances and payments at the Workshop
Check payment documents before sending to the Office
Participate in periodic (or unscheduled) inventory work. Responsible for making inventory records and proposed solutions if there are discrepancies between books and reality.
Regularly: check the records on the warehouse card of the warehouse keeper, whether the goods and supplies in the warehouse are arranged properly, check whether the warehouse keeper complies with the company's regulations. Compare import and export data of warehouse keeper and accountant.
Directly participate in counting the quantity of imported and exported goods with the warehouse keeper, deliverer, and recipient if the imported and exported goods are of great value or required by competent authorities.
