    Job Description



    1, Implement goods control and tracking: inventory and confirm goods quantity and invoice delivery. At the same time, update the goods situation every time goods are shipped from the warehouse and imported from distribution units and customers

    2, Prepare warehouse import-export notes: The warehouse accountant will receive orders from the sales accountant, sales admin, prepare inventory records, documents and enter goods data, store invoices, documents and Transfer to relevant departments for backup and to provide proof when needed. Give the delivery note to the warehouse keeper

    3, Prepare inventory reports: warehouse accountant will prepare inventory and import and export reports. Count the actual quantity of inventory in the warehouse to compare and contrast with updated data on the inventory management system. When comparing, if there is any change in the quantity of goods, it is necessary to make a report with management for resolution.

    4, Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
