Job Description

- Daily carry out import and export orders for goods in the warehouse under our management in accordance with the company's procedures and regulations.
- Perform export, import, and inventory adjustments on SAP, VNYI, MISA systems promptly and accurately.
- Must ensure compliance with principles of inventory accounting and recording.
- Check daily inventory fluctuations, especially in cases of negative inventory.
- Check and monitor fluctuations in cost of goods to have timely and correct handling methods.
- Participate in conducting inventory counts according to regulations.
- Perform inventory adjustments as required on the system.
- Prepare Import - Export - Inventory reports Monthly - Quarterly - Yearly.
- Prepare reports on expired goods and slow-moving goods.
- Timely report unusual cases of inventory in terms of selling price, purchase price, purchase cost, damaged goods, etc., propose solutions for cases
