JOB DETAILS:
- Accounting for the import and export of goods and materials
- Make inventory report, import and export report
- Participating in periodical inventory Making export orders, making delivery notes and submitting them to the Board of Directors for approval
- Check the validity of invoices and documents before carrying out export/import procedures Checking invoices
- Make a record of goods delivery and receipt of goods, an ex-warehousing note, a receipt of goods for the storekeeper to prepare goods, then deliver goods and invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with the debt accountant to compare the data arising on a daily basis
- Confirm the results of counting, counting, delivery and receipt of invoices and documents and record books according to regulations.
- Prepare import and export documents, sales invoices.
- Control inventory import and export.

- Age: from 24 to 35 years old
- 1 year or more experience
