Job Description

Accounting of revenue, cost of goods, liabilities
Monitor debtors for import and export of materials, make periodic records of debt verification
Calculating import and export prices of materials and goods
Make import and export slips and transfer them to relevant departments
Check the invoice of goods imported from the manufacturer and promptly handle the case of shortage of materials and goods
Coordinate with warehouse staff to quickly complete export procedures for customers
Monitor the amount of input, output and inventory of materials at all stages and parts and promptly propose a plan to reserve materials.
Regularly check that the records on the warehouse card of the Warehousekeeper, the goods and materials in the warehouse are arranged properly, and check the compliance with the Company's rules and regulations.
Compare input and output data of warehouse keeper and accountant
Participate in tally of incoming and outgoing goods if the goods are of great value
Participate in periodic (or irregular) inventory, compare the input and output data of the warehouse keeper and make an inventory record
Prepare inventory report, import and export report
