Job Description

- Checking documents, stocking goods: checking the authenticity of input slip information, comparing information with purchasing.
- Ensure that imported and exported goods are of the correct type and code; Compare input and output data of warehouse keeper and accountant;
- Participating in periodical (or irregular) inventory;
- Receive information about returned goods, defective goods and coordinate with relevant departments to handle them;
- Manage and track NCC debts;
- Follow up the schedule of printed goods and outsourced goods to ensure timely delivery; Updating finished product data for production calculation;
- Balance the allowable profit rate & approve the production price of goods.
