POSITION: ACCOUNTING STAFF
WORK CONTENT
- Gather invoices, documents, check data entry and prepare monthly VAT declarations.
- Gather and check documents on the tax declaration
- Report on invoice usage and notify invoice issuance according to regulations.
- Monitor and propose tax payment of all types.
- Salary and salary deductions
- Periodically report and summarize monthly and quarterly revenue and expenses
- Print and store accounting reports according to regulations
- Statistics, synthesis and explanation of accounting data when requested by management levels, Board of Directors and relevant agencies
- Manage, check, and combine internal records and relevant accounting documents
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University/College in specialized field
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience
- Diligent, honest, careful.
- Determine long-term commitment to work and office.

- Working by the hour.
- Closed on public holidays and New Year according to State regulations.
