    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS

    • Collect and compare invoices with company and customer statements
    • Balance input and output invoices, check detailed and summarized data.
    • Update arising transactions in accounting software
    • Carry out books according to accounting laws and regulations of the Company
    • Prepare tax reports monthly and quarterly
    • Prepare internal reports at the request of the Director
    • Consulting, explaining, and handling customer inquiries
    • Support for personal income tax, social insurance, salary,... (if any)
    • Other jobs upon request.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduated from College/University majoring in finance and accounting
    • Have 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • Know how to prepare tax reports and financial reports
    • Know how to use accounting software
    • Priority is given to candidates with experience working for foreign companies
    • Basic communication English
    • Have experience working with Customers in the field of accounting
