MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and update documents on CCDC and fixed assets, check and confirm CCDC and fixed assets when entering
- Declare fixed asset information, CCDC, open tracking book.
- Record the initial value, allocate costs according to usage time in a reasonable and consistent manner for each type of CCDC and each place of use.
- Prepare minutes of asset handover and asset use responsibilities for departments within the company.
- Update, record and organize separate storage of complete records of each fixed asset in chronological order and mark storage symbols for each department to use.
- Implement regulations on management, use, deduction and depreciation of fixed assets according to current laws. (Circular 203/2009/TT-BTC)
- Monitor and update the situation of increase, decrease, transfer and liquidation of CCDC and fixed assets
- Collect costs for repairing fixed assets, public buildings, costs for purchasing fixed assets or investing in capital construction. Prepare final settlement of capital construction and settlement of repair costs upon completion.
- Carry out the circulation of documents under my responsibility for related operations.

DEGREES-EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Accounting.
- Understand the State's regulations on finance and accounting and related regimes.
- Work experience: 1-3 years in a similar position
