JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accounting book management:
• Track customer debt.
• Prepare contracts and comparison tables.
• Arrange and store documents and accounting books.
2. Financial and revenue reports:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Analyze revenue reports and propose revenue management solutions for the business.
3. Tax management:
• Prepare quarterly personal income tax declarations and finalize personal income tax.
• Participate in explaining and settling taxes at the unit.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax related issues with tax authorities.
4. Social insurance and benefits:
• Complete procedures for declaring social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance with insurance agencies.
• Update and implement employee welfare policies and regimes according to the law.
5. Update legal regulations:
• Regularly update legal regulations on regimes, policies, and salaries to amend regimes and policies in accordance with legal regulations.
REQUEST
• College graduate with major in Accounting, Auditing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Candidates must be proficient in office software.
• Priority given to candidates who have worked in the real estate industry.
