1. Understand the features, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of the product, similar products, and competitors' products.
2. Deal with customers, provide samples, collect information from customers about products, services, markets...
3. Draft the contract after the customer has basically agreed, send it to the Sales Team Leader for comments on the contract terms. Set up the contract signing procedure, keep a copy of the contract, send the original to the Team Leader, and keep one original for the accounting department.
4. Directly implement and supervise the implementation of contracts/orders, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
5. Maintain and develop business in assigned area. Update customer feedback on after-sales service.
6. Update information promptly to notify customers in writing about orders (quantity, price, delivery time...)
7. Understand the customer contact process, information complaint handling process, customer information receiving and handling process, fully record according to the forms of these processes and complete the records. Receive customer complaints about product quality... transfer to the technical department for handling
8. Develop, implement, evaluate and update annual sales plan
9. Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Candidate requirements
Graduated from college or higher majoring in accounting
Minimum 1 year experience in sales
Height from 1m53 and above
Age under 30
Proficient in office software
- Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Saturday
- Salary: 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 depending on ability, discussed during interview.
