    Job Description

    • Regularly update selling prices and quantities of new products into accounting software.
    • Notify relevant departments if prices are adjusted.
    • Manage and check the company's input and output invoices during the sales period using electronic invoice software to support accounting.
    • Issue invoices for sales to customers and include detailed inventory lists, update and track daily sales.
    • Enter sales data into accounting software , including detailed list of daily sales invoices, calculate total value of goods sold plus VAT
    • Coordinate with warehouse accountant and warehouse keeper to check and compare actual inventory quantity with inventory quantity on software and update actual quantity on software.
    • Prepare daily sales and purchase reports at the end of each day.
    • Track sales debt situation
    • Regular reporting to superiors
    • Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of taxes and electronic invoices.
    • Know how to use Sapo and Misa software
    • Excel proficient
    • Honest, careful, responsible for work
