Job details
- Accounting for transactions arising at the factory, arranging delivery trucks.
-Monitor the sales program and sales regime for each salesperson and customer
- Summarize daily sales and purchase data and report to the accounting manager;
- Check and compare sales data on the software with inventory and debt data;
- Monitor and calculate discounts for customers;
- Making quotes and contracts;
- Expediting debt;
- Manage customer information, books and documents related to company sales;
- At the end of the day, enter a detailed list of sales invoices and calculate the total value of goods sold and VAT (if any) for the day.
Candidate requirements
- Have at least 06 months to 01 year of experience in a similar position;
- University degree in accounting or equivalent.
- Communicate and convince customers well.
