Job description:
- Receive sales order information through phone zalo groups from sales staff.
- Enter sales order information into sales management software, check the status of orders on the software to ensure correct customer information and product information have been entered. Print order information (delivery note) and transfer to the Logistics department for delivery.
- Receive and process orders via e-commerce sites such as: Tiki, Shopee, ...
- Monitor accounts payable for imported goods.
- Check inventory quantity to place orders. Order from supplier.
- Update import information from suppliers to the software.
- Compile reports on near-dated goods and send them to managers and relevant departments.
- Coordinate warehouse inventory and report discrepancies.
- Prepare price quotes, design product stamps, sales and promotion programs.
- Monitor the cash fund of the Logistics department.
