    Job Description

    • Receive, check and process input costs from departments/offices.
    • Make payment plans for suppliers according to work progress, plans or signed contracts.
    • Ensure expenses are thoroughly checked and paid on time.
    • Tracking of import/export/inventory of goods
    • Make payments to individuals or suppliers, classify and arrange invoices and documents.
    • Enter documents into accounting software accurately and promptly.
    • Check and reconcile payables to suppliers, receivables from customers and receivables from individuals.
    • Check, store and preserve invoices and documents completely at the end of the month.
    • Ensure all documents are properly stored and can be retrieved when needed.
    • Track and manage company advances
    • Gather data to calculate cost of goods sold.
    • Prepare depreciation table for fixed assets and tools of the Company.
    • Responsible for monitoring, checking, allocating and transferring revenue and expense accounts to synthesize data and prepare reports.
    • Report related work as directed by superiors.

    Education/professional qualifications:

    • Graduated from University or College majoring in accounting, finance, or related majors.

    Years of experience:

    • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
    • Priority given to candidates in retail, manufacturing, banking

    Required personality & skills:

    • Careful, meticulous
    • Have a high sense of responsibility and strong professional ethics.
    • Willing to learn and update new knowledge if necessary.
    • Knowledge of current accounting, tax and financial regulations.
    • Skills in using accounting software (eg Misa, Fast, SAP).
    • Skills in analyzing, synthesizing and reporting financial data.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
