Job Description

Responsibilities / Responsibility
- Issue invoices for all sales (Ecommerce platform, Modern trade, other sales channels etc) according to local VAT requirement / Issue VAT invoices for all sales transactions (Ecommerce platform, Modern Trade, other sales channels etc) according to local VAT requirement
- Handle accounts receivable including management and control of trade deductions and collections
- Support sales analysis and summary of sales and related information from E-commerce platforms for proper sales accounting
- Inventory management and reconciliation / Inventory management and reconciliation
- Collect and check input invoices ensure the local requirements / Collect and check input invoices ensure the local requirements
- Arrange and archive accounting documents / Arrange and archive accounting documents
- Support to year-end closing and work with auditor
- Other internal tasks and adhoc tasks from management / Other internal tasks and adhoc tasks from management

Qualifications / Requirements
- Possess at least Professional Certificate in Accounting and/or any equivalent or higher qualification / Possess at least Professional Certificate in Accounting and/or any equivalent or higher qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience with Accounting/Auditing background (not Finance and FP&A), and related to receivables/revenue (experience in receivables and consolidation preferred)
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry is a strong plus.
- Experience in accounting in ecommerce operations will be an advantage
- Proficient in accounting software (MISA or other local accounting systems)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel).
- Can speak/read/write English in order to deal with overseas counterparts / Can speak/read/write English in order to deal with overseas partners/colleagues
- Because the team is young, prefer female candidate 9x (<97)
