Job Description

Update accounting data on software, statistics, update revenue, track debts and expenses, status of input and output invoices for each arising project and control accounting data at Branch/Representative Office.
Revenue: create a file to track revenue generated by each project.
Customer receivables: create a file to track customer receivables and participate in debt collection: draft and submit payment requests, draft debt reminder letters
Cost: create a file to track costs incurred for each project and office costs (general costs)
Accounts payable: create accounts payable file for suppliers/subcontractors, check valid payment request documents of suppliers/subcontractors before submitting to superiors for payment plan
Monitor the status of input invoices: based on the incurred costs, monitor and request suppliers/subcontractors to issue invoices. In case of missing invoices, report to superiors for timely handling; at the end of each quarter, collect invoices and attached cost lists and send to the accounting service company.
Control accounting data at branches/representative offices: support and, together with the company's Accounting Advisor, guide accounting personnel/accounting managers at branches/representative offices and control accounting data.
Manage, timekeeping and calculate salaries of employees working at the company.
