VIETNAM BRAND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING CENTER NEED TO RECRUIT URGENTLY:
Position: ACCOUNTANT - GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF; ACCOUNTANT
JOB DETAILS
- Receive, manage and check the legitimacy of invoices and documents
- Update information in accounting books or accounting software
- Manage revenue and expenditure, issue invoices, manage cash funds to summarize income and expenditure at the end of the month
- Summary report, follow up contract term
- Prepare tax reports, financial statements, invoice usage reports and other reports
- Carrying out banking, insurance, tax transactions
- Advise and advise company leaders on policies and issues related to finance and accounting of the company
- Perform timekeeping and salary calculation
- Management of purchasing stationery, equipment and supplies for the office
- Perform cost monitoring, cost estimation, profit and loss of the company
- Other tasks: support other departments and follow the direction of superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female from 21 to 60 years old
- Graduated from college or university majoring in Accounting and Finance
- Preferably with chief accountant certificate
- No experience necessary
- Proficient in using Excel, accounting software, office computers
- Honest, careful, sociable, with a high sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of financial management is an advantage
- Working time: From 8:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 to 11:30 on Saturday.
