- Monitor compliance of all factory accounting department employees with company rules, regulations and procedures.
- Create, assign and evaluate KPIs for each employee.
- Evaluate employee capacity and recommend training for each position.
- Prepare budget plans and spending plans for the factory accounting department. Manage the budget of the factory accounting department according to the limits approved by competent authorities.
- Make inventory plans and organize periodic or unscheduled inventory according to Company regulations or requests from the factory Board of Directors.
- Check daily to ensure that all economic transactions arising at the factory the previous day have been fully entered into the Bravo system.
- Daily check the data sample on the original documents and the data on Bravo 8 are correct. In case an error is discovered, contact the relevant accounting staff to coordinate adjustments according to the Company's regulations.
- Monthly coordinate with accounting staff to check that the ending balance of each account is accurate and fully reflects information on production and business activities in the period.
- Every month, coordinate with factory statistics staff to check that the accounting at the factory is accurate in terms of accounting, cost items, product objects, etc. before running the accounting cost of each product.
- At the beginning of the month, perform fixed asset depreciation and tool allocation entries on Bravo and check the accuracy of depreciation and allocation data.
