Job Description

Job details:

Check arising terms and compare detailed and aggregated data between departments in the enterprise.
Check the match of the ending balances with the financial statements and ensure the balance between the summary and the details.
Observing the debts of the enterprise including the debts of the office sector and the whole company to propose provision, identification and handling of bad debts of the enterprise.
Make company settlements and clearly record expenses, income, liabilities, depreciation, VAT and etc.
Make detailed and general ledgers for the company and make statistics according to regulations to make quarterly, monthly or yearly financial statements.
Make recommendations to improve accounting and reporting methods.
Store accounting data on software as prescribed.
Making statistics, providing and explaining data when there are unexpected requests from superiors or state agencies.
Guide accountants to process and record data and reports.
