Job description
- Receiving vehicles, accounting for warehousing and comparing with vehicle warehouse management;
- Control sales budget and sales commission at the point of sale (by brand/model).
- Management of Import - Export - Vehicle inventory at the point of sale (brand, version, year of manufacture...);
- Monitor receivables, progress of collection in contracts, compare debts with each related object.
- Execution of warehouse to record cost, issue sales invoices to record revenue
- Accounting of expenses related to vehicle sales and repair activities (brokerage commissions, marketing, vehicle delivery...).
- Accounting for advance and finalization of costs for vehicle registration, registration, invoice issuance and revenue recognition.
- Manage and maintain records received from distribution companies, deliver documents to customers.
- Manage and maintain records, documents and books according to regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Male/Female, from 22 to 32 years old, in good health.
- Qualification: Graduated from College/University majoring in Finance and Accounting.
- Understanding of laws, standards and policies related to financial accounting and tax.
- Having skills in teamwork, skills in calculation, analysis and processing of accounting data.
- Have communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in information technology office.
Preference will be given to candidates who can start working immediately.
