Job description
- Manage revenue - expenditure, cash fund, daily and weekly reports
- Prepare import and export documents, manage goods, make import and export reports.
- Perform day-to-day sales operations. Enter sales data into the misa software, at the end of the day, summarize and send a report to the Manager;
- Check and compare sales data on the software with inventory and debt data;
- Follow up, compare, check and confirm customer debts. Monitor the payment situation of customers, when customers pay debts, separate debts according to contracts, sales invoices;
- Prepare reports on debts and special debts;
- Improve operations in the area of responsibility;
- Coordinate with other departments to complete the work well;
- Additional assigned tasks (if any).
Candidate Requirements
- Male - Female, graduated from University with majors such as: Accounting, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance,...;
- Having at least 01 year of experience as an accountant, knowing how to prepare financial statements and accounting books;
- Proficient in word, excel, especially candidates who have used MISA software;
- Good communication skills and logical thinking;
- Honesty, hard-working, agile, proactive in work.
