I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Description

Accounts Receivable: Data entry, debt tracking, and follow-up with sales staff to collect payments.
Fund: Tracking income and expenses, bank transactions.
Issue invoices to customers.
Verify that invoices and input records are valid and complete.
Filing VAT and personal income tax returns and paying taxes (quarterly)
Maintain and manage contracts, documents, and records completely and in accordance with regulations.
Managing and monitoring company assets.
Prepare documents for tax audits and settlements;
Monthly Revenue Report
Cash flow statement (monthly)
Financial statements, corporate income tax return (annual)

2. Other jobs

Coordinate with relevant departments and work with relevant agencies (tax, insurance, etc.);
Perform other duties as directed by superiors.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from University/College with a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in project management is preferred.
Responsible, honest, and careful.

III. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning;
Work location: Head office, No. 52, Lane 46, Lien Mac Street, Thuong Cat Ward, Hanoi City.
